The Talisman Group Development Phase of our Client Engagement Model incorporates the “Voice of the Customer” and customizes the Strategic Planning, Training Program Curriculum, and essential System Components to operate and align with the client’s vision, goals, and desired business results.

The Talisman Group’s 3 Development Phases include:

Phase 1:

Discovery is the process of extracting the “Voice of the Customer” and sets the foundation for capturing the client’s business objectives, core capabilities and offerings, and the basis for the strategic planning process.

Phase 2:

Workshops are interactive “White Board” sessions with the key Stakeholders that define the required capabilities of the plan, tools, and processes and become the “building blocks” to designing and integrating the strategic systems, processes, and Training Program curriculum.

Phase 3:

Integration is the design, development, and implementation of the infrastructure, applications, essential components, and course curriculum for the Training Modules. The Material for each session is constructed to educate the Leadership, Management, Sales, and Business Development Organizations on the Sales Process and Customer Engagement Approach.
